Notes for Robert Warburton
Robert’s father was a weaver from Kingshurst on his baptism. Kingshurst doesn’t appear on modern maps of Bury.
His death is probably that registered in 1q 1892 Chorlton 8c 581, aged 74. Robert is in the 1891 census and this is the only registration at Chorlton in the next decade. The age is a little high, but his age does vary between censuses, implying it was not known accurately.
